Accumulation System

Sized to match the number of strips being produced the accumulator allows the operator sufficient time to change windup spools without interrupting the extrusion process.

Cooling System

The cooling drum festoon is made up of stainless steel drums that are water cooled. This system contains one driven drum which pulls the extruded strip out of the die and through the festoon.

Creel System

Designed for up to 480 spools of wire our heavy duty creel can be equipped with numerous options such as creel loaders, cord breakage detection, braking systems, power drives, and more...

Die, Extruder & TCU

Proprietary "E" type die head, 90mm or 120mm cold feed extruder depending on application, and 4-zone TCU. The system can supplied with screen changer, strip temperature monitoring & control, as well as feed hopper alarms and many other options.

System Electrical

Allen Bradley is our standard control platform, but we have expertise to design your system using Siemens, GE, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, etc.

Windup System

Our traversing windup system can be easily adjusted for changes in strip width and applies the lowest possible tension for easy unwinding during the tire building process.
